Do you want to find  more  balance between  work and the rest of your life but have found that however much you think about doing something about your current lifestyle nothing much changes  and you continue overwhelmed with how much you try to do each day and never have enough time to do what you would really love to be doing?

Here is a  seven week step by step plan plan to make a difference:

Week 1: Set your goals and decide what you want in your life

When you spend sometime each day just day-dreaming you will have the power to transport yourself into the future you would like to have.  Notice what that is like and how it differs from your present life.

Become aware of the surroundings, the people, what you and they are all doing, how you are feeling and what’s going on.

If you find it difficult to day dream try  free writing, drawing, painting,  poetry. You could make a treasure map  of pictures and words which appeal to you.

Be clear about what you want, and decide the  steps along the way to reach it.  Do something  every day so you are moving towards what you want little by little every day that passes.

Week 3: Get rid of objections

Stop letting your thoughts stop you getting what you want. Think of these obstacles as being like rocks to push out of the way.  You will find some are very easy to move others may take a bit more effort.  If they won’t move away  you may have to find alternative routes  to your destination. There’s always another way.

Week 4: Get tidy and clear clutter

Clear  space by getting organised and throwing away what you no longer need or want more space for new things.

Week 5 Clear your mind

Notice what you do because you believe you should do it and make positive choices instead. Too often what you do is dictated by other people and not by you.

Week 6 Gain in confidence and be more assertive

You can do it! Speak to yourself positively and notice how often you run yourself or your abilities down. As you gain in confidence you will be more assertive,  tell people what you want  and what you will no longer put up with.

Week 7 Celebrate!

Follow this plan and you will achieve what you want so give yourself a good pat on the back and recognise how well you’ve done to achieve so much in just five weeks.
